How to Deposit Funds into Your Metaset Wallet Using P2P Pay

Metaset’s P2P Pay system allows you to deposit and withdraw funds using traditional bank transfers. This method is especially useful for users in supported regions such as Turkey, Iran, the Eurozone, and Afghanistan, making deposits and withdrawals more flexible and convenient.

⚠️ Important: Before you can use P2P Pay, you must complete KYC verification and link your own bank account.

Step 1: Add Your Bank Account

Before making a deposit, you need to connect your bank account:

1. Go to P2P Pay > Add Bank Account from your dashboard.
2. Select your country (the currency will be automatically set).
3. Fill in all required details (marked with red fields):
   • Account holder name
   • Bank name
   • Account number
   • IBAN or Sheba number

4. Click OK to submit.
5. Your account will appear as Pending until reviewed. Once approved, the status will update to Verified.

Step 2: Make a Deposit

Once your bank account is verified, you can fund your wallet:

1. Go to the Deposit tab under P2P Pay.
2. Select:
   • The currency you want to deposit.
   • The verified bank account you will use.
   • The deposit amount.
3. Click Continue to Payment.
4. You’ll receive a bank account from Metaset where you need to send the funds.
5. Transfer the exact amount from your personal bank app or branch.
6. Locate the Payment Tracking Number from your:

7. Paste this tracking number into the deposit form on Metaset and click Submit.

You can also withdraw your MST balance directly to your verified bank account:

1. Go to the Withdraw tab under P2P Pay.
2. Select your currency, amount, and verified bank account.
3. Review the summary, including any fees and the net amount.
4. Click Proceed with Request.
5. Enter your card number or withdrawal details (if required).

7. Track the request status (Pending → Approved → Completed) in the Transactions tab.
